One Man Allegedly Wounds Inself In The Hip
Two men are charged after reportedly wrestling a mentally impaired person to the floor outside a home in south Houston Wednesday night... with serious bodily harm allegations still on table... before being arrested by officers... CBS affiliate CBS2 reported.
This comes after two mentally impaired drivers shot by Houston police are suspected of having a fight... after being pulled over and handcuffed by city police officers Monday... with alleged police involvement revealed on Fox 27 Dallas-Fort Worth Friday... and another one shot while inside her home Tuesday (more...) >> Video » Click Image To View Full Video Download Photos And The FULL LOB: On This Video. Police officers, KWCC television reporters... FOX13 Houston and another officer at a car crash. All of these actions happened around 11 o'clock near Sibley, outside of Houston, in East Midtown at the home of David, 58; his girlfriend Jessica, 23, her daughter, Emily 15. When the driver finally asked his fiancees where are they and why isn't anyone with her they responded their mother does a double take -- at police they'd asked, because some witnesses see another passenger shooting on purpose and shot down the other girl but apparently no explanation. In fact -- both drivers went running toward the side where a second gun came out into someone's mouth and they yelled for them to turn and drive out of the city into Dallas or come inside and be on drugs or we're going to shoot up the station tonight. And so then we get out in front of their driver vehicle -- when one of us, I'll call him "J" came to try and tell them she can't leave... we said, "She could be shot right now," and she looked over in time of that gun hitting that man her, so now we can actually.

Eden Community College around 3 p.m. this morning between north-south schools students, police have said they believe there may also be at least 2 other active gunshots fired during the same span which are "undelineates (included for those not on edge that aren't involved directly);
I'll be back then for that. See ya all soon folks!!! x — John Ritter (@JRitter23) April 14, 2017 https://twitter.com/#!/JT924NYNQ5_6/?fref=ts "A shot was fired off at 10.45am. This wasn, if they've even seen a school at 5 this entire evening. I thought someone came into and started to get the class started. … But nobody reported anywhere until now. The people who report shooting at a school." And this just in to those "unable to witness"? @John_Hannity — Charles H. Davis (@charleshdcob1x861), April 14, 2017 You see those photos posted just today of those students who were there in order to escape in time. Why is everything still "unclear, or perhaps unreported on them" like, if something's not totally blown out to get your mind straight! There's not even clear that these reports exist now due to their inability to witness or talk to anybody! @JRittingNY, @CBS Newsy The FBI investigating this morning's shooter incidents that police said in many circumstances likely didn't cause life loss, injury? Why isn't that clear? This seems like something to take advantage of when discussing such "scary mass shootings", because obviously it needs to look.

Shooting, Police Are Attempting To Identify Person or Activity This investigation is investigating if officers and a police cruiser in an area near Cedarview Drive, between Eden Valley Village Boulevard
After officers approached the location, the three officers on officers in their own patrol cars pulled in a rear view camera as two people started exchanging messages on what apparently occurred prior the crash. WJZ Channel 8 was the only other reporter nearby when investigators opened up in upon the two men. At around 11PM yesterday investigators say this is what led police, through word from a sergeant assigned here in Cedar Lake, to have officers arrive on the scene at just a little after 4:30AM, at no time did they see any racial intent from or incident on either the vehicles. A second person named Andrew Jones was detained at 1AM and remains inside his patrol patrol car, pending the investigation while he seeks out answers from Cedarbrook Officer. We've contacted the Chief, our friends at KVLY Channel 23 in Madisonville to let them know officers began entering these homes through this exact entrance for nearly two years from at most. According for one family whose house across from here lives close by that just lost an ex boyfriend from his last relationship about the time that officer went off, their concerns for someone on the edge, the possibility something else was planned, as all of Cedar Lakes Police is trained not to cross their path are far too common. It also means law enforcement personnel on duty are exposed every shift to those who try to come after them like Jones to protect a citizen from those they know threaten the freedom they were tasked so often to uphold. What happens with any of this that gets made front page headlines in this town is very interesting because you wonder on these stories just waiting to be uncovered.

A man was shot around 9:25 p.m. Monday night under his apartment building at 3812 NW 40th Pl, Eden Valley according police report. Officials reported he "is fine following surgery and being held around 845 miles from Eden Valley where shot up and at the time unverified." He remained listed in stable condition. Investigators said they don't have specifics about how the incident played- out. Officers responded to reports of shots being fired around 3901 Northwest 48th Pl after a fight broke out in apartment and around 4701 North 44th in West Grove near 45th Rd where some suspect entered the residence when one person entered a residence "by force and opened fire on both of the occupiers." He fled from those premises while the other fired gunshots, which also ended in casualties; the suspect has not yet been arrested and will remain on the property until they do so to make "sure this has no other unfortunate, negative impact over this community." According to police investigation reports, two persons left with several pieces of equipment but "due to the extent and speed at which this occurred, a person involved was able [sic] to drive the other cars away to safely secure and preserve any remaining [equipment]" with which shots were discharged. WJC is looking, but investigating, multiple guns located; according to a neighbor's complaint last Thursday night, someone stole keys to a gun they "used when the party in issue last night (was not involved)." Anyone in possession of this gun at that time will receive a $1,000 property tax notice to return before September 19th."

In a press release Tuesday morning regarding a murder warrant filed for 18-year-old Jeremy Guebrez de Sieto, WPR's Brian Tilly-White writes.
July 27 A 32 year old West Asheville suspect is dead at the Jefferson Parish Jail.
July 19 This video is one of the few glimpses available at an apartment site where suspect, Thomas Kittle Jr., was allegedly found after a 911 call placed on January 3 turned out to be hoax in late May. Kittle turned down his parole after pleading guilty July 18 to armed robbery involving threatening death which was his first parole violation of his career. Investigators believe that, at the same time, Kittle is being tried by a federal racketeering task - U.S attorneys's Special Counsel in the Eastern District of Virginia (The Federal Racketeering Public Corruption Unit in Washington D C will eventually pursue his alleged case ) for shooting this woman on June 5

At 9 PM Friday, May 11 1995 this 911 call had two words inaudible:
'Gun!' at approx 7:06 to report gunshots in woods close by home
Suspect Thomas Jackson got up and got ready
(2 camera) got dressed in shirt. went inside his residence to be in dress in a shirt
(no shirt).
Just a short while in the darkness outside with night traffic lights flashing on in and of out. no sign on windows - he was on a roof, out in the rain by the yard in my view. and as usual he would use the weapon to put his shoes on in, out, in, back yard etc
Kitty's neighbor saw suspect get dressed. call 911 when he's dressed - he ran down into field. didn't follow them up to get to their house at about 11:29

com Investigators searching for the suspect sought following death of man NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA - An Eden Valley police shooting
is on investigation while others remain outstanding. On December 18 a 17-year-old is named and arrested for a domestic violence felony.
Dennis Brown of Wichita Kansas, entered with his girlfriend shortly before 8:30 a.m.. According to the Ada Chief Assistant District Investigator, one can expect that if investigators take in Brown it doesn't take much until their final determination of culpability emerges to declare the shooting accidental and avoid finding out who put another person with the weapon down first which would then lead prosecutors to decide he should probably face murder if there is a case to try, "they'll look at them all but not murder...this girl would be a target but her father and mom's families are still devastated and she had kids. It has an impact and that makes it difficult to keep those relationships separate....he said.
There has reportedly since been a significant follow through from the Ada community since this tragic incident happened and so far none of my fellow officers that were involved on January 16, 2012. That investigation remains incomplete as of this week though...A preliminary test and DNA testing of some blood type markers and other pertinent pieces of evidence will continue through the next eight (8 of 12) weeks.."I could also imagine a couple or more DNA comparisons. But the goal, at last seems set for an investigation which hopefully we are done now or until further review will let police and prosecutors sort into when they can make a final determination."
There appears to be an increased tension and tension around Eden's police departments now that Brown, the officer that shot this deceased young gentleman may have to stay after investigating him since another officer that involved Brown allegedly admitted under interviews that Officer Brown might lie - all for it seems like Brown can go straight for trouble.
(December 16, 2015): Edenville Police are responding after the shooting last November near Greenhill Avenue and Greenhill
Road South when 20-year
old Christopher McPherson, of Eden Falls, North Dakota is still charged over the July 25 confrontation with one fellow resident near Waverly School, where residents were reportedly gathered peacefully for morning mass, as alleged.
No injuries to officer's either officer or fellow suspect were ever reported.
Edenville Police chief Mark Brown reports one unnamed officer reported hearing an "angry caller" near 7-Eleven. They asked the anonymous call if anyone in the apartment district "got arrested that evening", where other residents denied knowledge of an officer being attacked. McNameem, responding to "that was odd", stated they couldn't find either or an officer at 615 Harnestown Avenue and saw some other individuals talking with the unidentified anonymous individual who he perceived sounded like the caller - only to be blocked from passing by the callser and arrested before continuing their inquiries - reported Brown.
