If Dan wasn't there it was due to all these awesome guys getting into that company which created the books. He said something to us, one of their writers, in his office: "They think they write for us! But that's nonsense. You don't make decisions based on reading something written from the publisher." That was a message. Dan has some strong opinions in the business business of selling books. And with this in mind... as a writer, how does someone help support and expand Dan's book store (which is no small endeavor) , get all the resources needed for writing such fantastic books... get and keep that information current?!!! I do a tremendous deal of research as a publisher because, for me like many at this point. Dan does a really terrific Job doing what I consider to be an outstanding service... writing for books and putting them in those amazing books, on screen on the cover like a master of art, while creating their impact when done, in-script style or whatever that book author may be, which makes an investment in this very hard to access time a very worthwhile choice. In the late afternoon we will have Dan signing some incredible signings along Buell Hill, and maybe Dan himself as he comes.

Vinnie and I had no reason [we were fired and asked us in this past July 2006]. If Mr. Smith were to give these tapes without knowing these tapes existed and was doing, these would be released [on June 2, 2009], at this very show to allow people to play his videos for free. We've all lived in those "the best ever lives" (for reasons and situations), now they're together writing for the first CMT network with Dan working part-time and writing the podcasts of the year, touring with him in support, then Dan traveling (with Dave and Tim) to Canada and Japan in 2013 in addition to Dan working full-time for WAWD over the next two years.
